Whats the fault?

Solved 1 Answers 36 Views Premio P700
I recently purchased a p700 premio tab. Today it will be 11 days old. Whilst browsing the net or I could be  on google play the screen will go blank. I then have to press the power button so that the tab goes into sleep mode, then press the power button again, the device will go on again and the page that I was busy with will re-appear. Secondly I have ample space left to download apps however when doing so a window opens displaying "this device has no space. Since the purchase other than than the apps pre-loaded I have downloaded two apps onto the device. Please explain the reasons for this.

Hey. Do allow me to start off by disclaiming that we are a third part SA Tech Q&A site not affiliated with Premio or its distributors.

  1. With the blanking out issue, that sounds like a factory fault that you may need to consider an in-warranty failure claim for
  2. With the space issue, you will please be advised that apps will insist on defaulting to the internal storage and NOT to your external SD card or built-in storage until you root the device and reconfigure this otherwise with the help on an app called Link2SD.
