error message on Samsung J1 ace-E4#3-3

My Samsung modelike indicated above gave me an error message "Unfortunately, the process has stopped" When I clicked on ok nothing happens.I have cleared the cache on the sim and reset the phone to factory settings but the problem still continues.How can you help me? I can't use it at all due to this error message. My sim works fine on a different phone except my phone. When I reboot it says error.

Hello. Please try  a hard reset first  and still not successful then follow the instructions on this video here
