hi i used your Mobicel Cherry Single VO3 firmware to flash my Mobicel,  now it doesn't charge or switch on

Hi. You will be happy to know that the firmware we shared with you has been both tested and shared with several other technicians with success in the past. With that said, either your tablet has a hardware related issue, you inadvertently flashed the preloader or something similar.

I tried to  flashing it with Mobicel Solo firmware  and  it gave me S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL [EMI] Enable DRAM fail

Is Solo file Dual or Single? We flashed the Dual SIM Solo file with success onto the Cherry Single. We did not get it to boot after but that was enough to restore the compatible Preloader that had been replaced by an incompatible one. After flashing the Cherry Single file but excluding the Preloader, the tab then booted fine. So it may still mean that the tab has a hardware related fault.

I managed to flash it with the cherry firmware,  but now it doesn't have an imei and doesn't recognize sim

I tried the first one and I get the BROM Error : S_Dl_Get_Dram_ Setting_fail(0x13BE)

If you have access to a computer with internet, we can reload the software for you remotely. Payment should be made prior to the software rework. NB. Please go through the below requirements You need to be willing to pay the R100 into an account we provide You need to have access to a computer Your computer need to have access to the internet for remote connection and download of necessary files Payment to be made before hand For assistance with resetting lost or forgotten locks, we will need you to provide us with the device's IMEI as well If you meet the above terms, then please Contact Us to book a remote flashing. Please include the model of your your phone and the reason for flashing need. We can also provide you with our Whatsapp number if you can access that from another phone.


If you do not have access to a computer, we could send our courier to come and collect the phone/tablet from you at an extra fee - we then reload the software and send it back to you.
