Hey Jabulani, are both your Smart Tab 3G and WiFi router not under the same carrier or Wireless service provider? If they are, then it could be a temporal technical glitch on the carrier's side. Also do check if you get access to the H+ connections speed on the tablet Edge [E] is to be slower (this as well only applies if both are under that same carrier).
If your router is hooked to an ADSL modem or under a different carrier, then please try a different browser - Firefox, Chrome, Opera Mobile, etc. Otherwise, it may also be that the tablet's system is busy running the initial updates following the reset. Also, check if it might not have anything to do with the reason you reset it is the first place. If it could, then the issue may be more on a glitchy system files and may require a firmware reflash in the extreme. Kindly comment below and we will gladly advise further.
