Whatsapp disabled

Solved 1 Answers 69 Views Phones & Tablets
There is available storage space on my Vodafone Kicka's SD card. When I want to update Whatsapp it tells me there is not enough storage because it is using phone storage.  How do I change to use the SD storage instead please?  Whatsapp is now completely disabled

Hi. Only a few apps will install onto the SD card and that does not include the Whatsapp Messenger app. Your options therefore are:

  1. Download 'App cache cleaner' and clear cache there with to recreate space
  2. Uninstall apps you do not really need.
  3. Root your Vodafone Smart Kicka and use 'Link2SD' to move virtually all downloaded app to SD - yes, that will include the Whatsapp Messenger app.
