Hi. At this point, you will need to contact AG Mobile's support at 0861 24 33 33 to arrange a software reload/service. If you still have your proof of purchase, the service should be free as this is a fault on their part. Alternatively, if you know anyone owning the same model and you also, have access to a computer, we could walk you through taking a backup/readback and flashing it onto yours.
