OK - depending on the frequency on which have it connected to WiFi, a complementary app may be missing necessary updates for the Google App to update as expected. Unfortunately, not all Play Store error codes are documented and that seems to include the -104. Alternatively, if you prefer, you could root it and then proceed to playing around with system apps (like removing and reinstalling the Google App) and subsystems so far as need may be as there is a fortunately a stock ROM for the Verssed Motion E1.1 online you can reload if anything should ever go wrong firmware wise.

This sounds great. I've been thinking about the rooting option but I don't know how to do it.
Do you know of a reliable tutorial?

Hot News (SASSA card expiring December 2017).

SASSA wish to put it on record that no beneficiary of social grants will be affected by this expiry date. SASSA is in a planning phase regarding the future payment of social grants once the contract with the current service provider CPS (Cash Paymaster Services) comes to an end in March 2018. As soon as final plans are in place beneficiaries will be informed about the updating process later on in the year. So there no need to run for a renewal. See SASSA payment cycle for December 2017 HERE.
