Android Version: 5.1 - Hi Thom, thank you for your reply. I tried disabling 'auto-update app' but after restarting the tablet, it still tries to download ... game and I still receive all the process errors while trying to use the phone.

Android Version: 5.1 - I TRIED DOWNLOADING A GAME FROM GOOGLE PLAY STORE THE OTHER DAY AND MY DATA GOT FINISHED. THE GAME DIDNT WANT TO STOP AUTOMATICALLY. 3 ... AND CACHE OF SOME OF THE APPS, BUT THAT DIDNT HELP EITHER. KINDLY ASSIST.

I have a Telefunken TELC-73GIQ Tablet. When i switch on the tablet, the Android OS loads but takes time to respond once loaded the following popup message ... takes time to respond and when menu appears it either switches off or Restarts.

Software Reloading

If you do not have access to a computer, we could send our courier to come and collect the phone/tablet from you at an extra fee - we then reload the software and send it back to you.
