The TV is loading and get the blue screen with the loading showing its loading and does not move beyond this point. Can I do a factory reset on the TV as the Source button pressing 2580 does not get me to the menu.

I have a Sinotec samrt tv that came preinstalled with the Netrange Portal. The tv runs ons Android 4.4 and I would like to remove the netrange portal so that I can customise my homescreen. Can I just remove or uninstall the portal? Will it affdct my tv? The Netrange Portal is really useless.

All most all Sansui LED TVs can be wall mounted. For as long there are holes for the wall mount screws are in the back of the TV. Before you buy a wall mount Bracket for your Sansui LED TVs' you will need to know the hole pattern, you can find the hole pattern in the User Manual or take measurement on your own (use millimeters) ... to attach the wall mount to the Sansui LED TVs come with the wall mount. The screws that come with Sansui LED TVs are used to attach the stand to the Sansui LED TVs.
