problem mobicel cherry tablet

having problems twice with my tab. phoned the place i bought it from and they told me it was guaranteed for 7 days of which i thought was for the tab having problems in that 7 day period. i am so fed up cause the battery also goes down very quickly. i dont want to wait for a new tab at the store i bought it from.

Hi. This model has had a couple of both electronic and software defect reports. Unfortunately, Mobicel insist that customers go via the retailer. 7 guarantee and 1 year warranty. Warranty promises a free fix for failures with 12 months.
