I have tried the reset process but the android reset menu is not coming, what else should I do?

Hi. It sadly sounds like a corrupt firmware issue. You will need to contact your retailer if you are still under warranty or your local town phone repairs shops as a clean firmware/ROM pack will need to be reloaded or the the tablet's AV scanned with a special flash-box.
