Hi. The issue must lie with the mic and not the speaker if it is the person at the other end who cannot hear you. Have you tried  headsets fearuring a mic to check if that makes any difference? Also, is it that you cannot be heard at all or it is that your voice sounds very faint from the other party's end. This should help affirm if the mic died electronically, simply clogged or is phyically damaged.
