Hi. The following should apply to your case

  1. Please note that it may take up to a few seconds to boot following a reset
  2. Try resetting it and observe
  3. Depending of the reason why you reset it in the first place, you issue may be owing to a corrupted firmware file requiring a software reload. With which we will need you to resubmit including your AG Mobile device's complete model number as seen on the white sticker under the battery.
  4. In the extreme, the issue may be emanating from an electronic failure which will require professional service.
