Method 1:

  • Call 082 111 (free from a Vodacom number) Request the MMS settings to be sent to you by Vodacom.

Method 2:

  1. Dial *111#
  2. Touch or press the send button.
  3. Choose  'Services' option.
  4. Choose option 'Phone Setup' option.
  5. Choose 'MMS' option
  6. Wait for and SMS.

Metho3 Manual configuration for android phones

  1. Go to Settings >More >Mobile networks >Access Point Names >Select Vodacom if phone or tablet is dual SIM.
  2. Touch the action button top right of your phone screen and choose New APN
  3. And the refer to t he table below
