Mobicel Hero X Firmware

I is apparent that there is a Mobicel Hero X with an MT6582, MT6577 and another with MT6572 chips and these threeo do not use the same firmware pack and we currently have access to one of these two packs. Please read below to learn of your firmware options.
I'm using mobicel hero x p900 its not working well its showing unfortunately your apps has stopped

Hi. Please contact us if you have a Mobicel Hero X tablet that needs flashing. You will need to specify what the problem is and if you have an MT6572 or MT6582 unit. To see this, you need to open the tablet's back cover > and look for a bigger black chip/IC mounted on the main system board > on that, look for the chip name and reply with that below. Otherwise:

All these are flashable through the SP Flash Tool. You need to have the MTK VCOM Drivers installed. You may need to hold down the boot key (Vol down/up) during connection after: Loading the scatter, untick the Preloader and clicking the Download on the SP Tool. You get 'Download OK' when all is done. At which stage you can disconnect your Hero X and power up.

NB. You need to wipe userdata via recovery after flashing the Hero X P9122 device.
