My Samsung galaxy s4 mini GT-I9195 does not want to switch on its stuck on the start up page and at the Same time does not want to charge I have tried pressing the power button and volume up but still doesn't do anything.

In that case, connect the Galaxy S4 Mini to it via a USB cable > remove and replace the battery... observe if the computer detects it as a USB device > if nothing happens (that is if you get neither sound nor pop up balloon
on the screen, then  try short pressing the power button  and observe for any such signs again. Kindly comment below with the results.

Good morning I did do that but the computer does not detect the phone it's only showing the battery but it does not charge
