Hey Philippine, please note that this will either be

A SIM Lock PIN, which will require you to enter an incorrect one until is is blocked and requires a PUK

A screen lock PIN which will require a hard reset

Or a Vodafone Protect PIN which will require a PIN reset or a hard reset
