When I want to wipe data/factory reset i come across the down lying robot with a 'no command' note. What can i do?

Hi. Just press the power button once to skip the no command screen, if still nothing please follow me here http://livechat.satechhelp.co.za/ for further assistance.

Edit: When on 'No command' screen, short press the Volume UP button to try select instead of the Power button. Let us know if you have further questions.
