Hello' Please press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to soft reset your Dunns 703GDC. You will comment below if still unresolved. Otherwise, a hard reset as per the steps here http://satechhelp.co.za/4971/Common-Hard-Reset-Steps-Android-Powered-Devices may be necessary.

If that does not work, the you can have the stock firmware here: http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/dunns-mobile-703gdc-tablet-firmwarerom/ reloaded onto your Dunns Mobile 703GDC tablet.
