I am an FNB customer. I was at the supermarket when I discovered at the tills I had left my purse at home. I sent some money to my ewallet for R230. I went to the nearest atm and proceeded to enter the pin. It said the notes I requested (presumambly the R20 and R10) were not available. So I tried to withdraw R200. It kept telling me that I had entered the wrong cell number or I had entered the wrong pin number. I had not. I was starting to panic at this stage, so I sent myself R250 to my ewallet, which I withdrew successfully. But on checking my balance, both sums have been debited from my account, and nothing is in my ewallet. Where on earth is the R230?
