The following has directions on how you are to reset your forgotten pattern or screen lock code on your Sony Xperia ST27i

  • 1. Turn On the Xperia ST27i
  • 2. Tap Emergency Call
  • 3. Dial *#*#7378423#*#*
  • 4. Select "Customization Settings"
  • 5. Select "Reset Customization"
  • 6. Confirm selection
  • 7. Patiently wait for the phone to fully load
  • 8. You phone will be reset.
