Hard reset your Vodafone Smart Tab 3G

  1. Press and hold the power button and the Volume up button for 15-20 seconds
  2. Release all when you see the Boot Menu list with (Recovery, Fast Boot & Normal)
  3. With [Recovery] selected (by the <<= arrow), short press the Power button
  4. Powered by Android then appears and shortly, an Android System Recovery appears
  5. Scroll with Volume down and highlight "Wipe data/factory reset" - confirm selection with the Power button
  6. Scroll with Volume down and highlight "Yes --- delete all user data"
  7. Wait until you see "Wiping complete..." at the bottom
  8. With "Reboot now" highlighted, short press the Power button...

I got to step 3 but after that it gives me a picture saying no command
