Hi. Here is what you are looking at:-

• The PPP requested is the same as the Anti-Theft Lock (if you still remember that)
• This PPP can be 123456 by default until changed (try that)
• If the above could not help, it will then be necessary to have the phone's main software reloaded
• To have the software reloaded, you can ether contact Mobicel directly from here http://mobicell.co.za/contact/ or go via your retailer (eg. Pep Store) or any other worthy local phone repairs shop
• A simple hard reset is not able to clear a forgotten or lost Privacy Protection Password (PPP).
