Hi. The procedure to accessing the Android system recovery menu may slighly differ from one Stab to the other - your best bet is to try out different combinations. E.g Volume down + Power button and so forth while the device it on off mode. The one on which the procedure posted was tested was on an ETAB 704 that had hardware issue. Which thing would explain the possible failure.
