my whatsapp does not open

i have asha 201 i tried to download whatsapp then i registerd it and when i tried to view it it say app error i've tried to move it to memory card but still the problem still exist help plz

Hi. Start off by backing up all your contacts and media files. Then proceed to reset the phone by dialing *#7370# > then reinstall the Whatsapp app and observe. Also reply below advising if you have access to a PC should the issue persist after the hard reset. You default security code is 12345 unless if you once change it.
