i have do the same as i had  asked to do  but my phone result  are same

Have you attempted a hard reset? You could backup your contacts & media files onto your SD card and reset your AG Device. Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone... Please backup as this steps will erase all user data & already downloaded apps.
