How to download Sony smartphone firmware?

To download the firmware follow the instructions below: Make sure your computer is connected to a working network.
Say you want to download Sony Xperia C4 firmware
1. Open XperiFirm
2. Scroll to Xperia C4
3. Select your model number
4. Select your country under 'Market'
5. Top right of your screen click the number (Firmware version) under 'Available Firmware'.
6 A pop-up box will come with the following info:

Device:    Xperia C4 (E5303)
CDA:       1295-8478
Market:    South Africa
Operator: Vodacom ZA
Network:  GENERIC
Version:   27.1.A.1.106 / R5A
Size:        1.33 GB

    Download           Close
7. Click 'Download' and select location.
