It's not the exclamation mark! there is no option for yes only no to confirm the data wipe.no touch home or any button

Hey - The exclamation mark comes up because the button you are using is designated as 'Back' and not 'Select'. After highlighting the 'Wipe data/factory reset' try tapping the Home touch button and not the power button. Please kindly report back.

Try highlighting the "Reboot now" option and see if it will restart. If it does restart, then you can try accessing the Recovery Menu again and wipe cache by using the "Wipe cache" instead of the "Wipe data/factory reset option". Then try the "Wipe data/factory reset" if the cache does get to be completed successfully.
