Hey DereK. You would need to have a Custom Recovery installed (likely need a computer if the phone can no longer boot up and allow app installations) and also have access to a flashable .zip ROM Which course is far complex that hunting up a friend with a computer

NOTE: We can flash the device for you remotely (over the internet) for R100 If you are not comfortable flashing the device yourself. Read more  here
