Welcome to SA Tech Help
My phone won't let me download any apps from the app store so I want to do a hard reset to see if that will fix the problem. I have done factory reset by with no results.

This can be caused by:
1. Poor signal or
2. Corrupted cache - Settings > Application > Manage Apps > Google Play Store > Clear cache... or
3. Data intead on cache

Otherwise, to hard reset it - Go to:
Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset...
