Hi. A reset quires a reboot. Otherwise, it is Settings > Restore & backup > Factory data reset > Reset tablet > ... confirm. You can also press and hold the power button for 5-8 seconds to force reboot and soft reset it. All these involve a restart which will power off the tablet :(
