Hi. With the Excel sheet opened:

1. Click MS Word at the top left corner

2. Place the cursor on Print (but do not click)

3. Move the cursor to Print Preview

4. Click Page Setup

5. Click on the 'Fit to' radio button 

6. Enter '1' under Width and '0' under Tall to (or leave it blank)

7. Click Ok and proceed to print (by clicking Print located on the left side of Page Setup)
