All you need to do is to turn off auto update from the play store app. follow the instructions on the link

Hey - Alslo go to:

1. Settings > Back up my data > uncheck/untick the box > then Ok

2. Settings > Accounts & sync > Background data > uncheck/untick the box >  then Ok
