Hi. Go here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/index.php?qa=590&qa_1=how-to-hard-reset-the-zte-switch-x1-to-factory-defaults for a hard reset/reboot method. Do try to choose "Wipe cache" instead of "Wipe  datat/factory reset" and see if that does not solve your issue. If it does, then good - if it does not, then follow the tutorial as it is to reset/reboot the ZTE device.
