Hey Dean. This must be a result of corrupt app data or cache files. To correct this you must access the access the Android Recovery Menu > and from there either "Wipe cache partition" or "Wipe data/factory reset" Follow the tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/index.php?qa=1214&qa_1=how-to-hard-reset-vodafone-smart-tab-3g to access the Android Recovery Menu. Feel free to repost if you still have issues on this.

I have done the wipe cache partition and wipe data/factory reset and it still only shows powered by android
