How do I change the SOUND on this tablet?

I have just changed from a Samsung T3 tablet to a Vodacom Power Tab 10.  The sound on the Vodacfom Tab is not nearly as good as on the Samsung (without headphones), and it seems as if there is no way to change the sound settings. Tone controls (Eq), stereo balance etc.  The STEREO sound on my tablet is not even balanced. I'm getting more level from the right speaker than the left.  Is there any way I can change this?

Hi. Download and use an app called "Music Player" from the play store. Interested in taking a firmware backup for this tablet? It can come it handy if the firmware gets corrupted for some reason. I say because I am interested on a copy of it. No worries if not convenient.
