Mobicel Hero X Soft bricked - keeps on restarting need some assist

Hi Guys,

so my girlsfriend's Hero X tab keeps on restarting, just started doing it randomly and now does not want to go into the OS, can access the recovery mode but its stock so very limited, how can i root and flash it so she can use again?

Not sure of where i can find the spesific model as i cant switch on.
