The phone won't boot beyond the android logo.  Tried hard reset via recovery after pressing Vol-up + power button but shows the lay android robot with red triangle.  what your advice?

Hi. Do you have access to a computer? If the reset will not budge, then it may be necessary to reload the tablet's main software. Though you should be able to display the Android recovery menu by short pressing the 'Power key' at the robot and exclamation mark screen. Kindly reply below for further needed assistance.
