This could be a hardware failure but if you have access to a computer, then do try reloading its ROM using the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/10361/Download-Flash-Rom-Firmware-Mobicel-Retro Otherwise, take it to your local phone repairs shop - unless if it is less than a year old and you still have its receipt and packaging. In which case you can take it back to the shop.
