After loading music and videos from laptop my sansui etab m7023g serial no. 855302054822097 would not reload. When connecting it to laptop, it requires a m65xx software to reload and thereafter it could not open or indicate it was charging when connected to a charger. Whatdoes it rquire?

We sadly do not have access to a copy of firmware for this model and hence you may need to go via your retailer. The shop you purchased the tablet from.

OK - a brother seems to have the firmware for this. What I need you to do is to open the bigger back cover of your tablet and take me a picture of the system board or simply copy and sens the numbers and words you see on the board. Something like, AL_MT83..., MT8312, etc
