After factory resetting my AG Chrome Selfie dual sim I cannot access internet and cant download apps

cannot access internet, cannot download any apps, what do you recommend?

Hi. Do you see H or E symbols near the network signal bars. Also note that it will be necessary to associate a Gmail account with your AG Chrome Selfie to be able to download apps via the Google Play Store (which it recommended). Please comment below as we try to assist in resolving your issue.

Do I have to set up a personal Gmail account on the phone to be able to access the google play store, am a bit confused now because when the whatsapp expired it prompted for a download before proceeding and when you try to download it refuses after advising that the version became obsolete in April 2015 which I assume is referring to version that came with the phone??

Problem is upgrading whatsapp version already installed in the phone...when you try to complete or finish the installation it gives an error message: "Error in parsing package" and so no download takes place and is saved so currently cannot download whatsapp or upgrade please help!

OK - follow the steps on the supplied link on another phone or computer, and then send the file to your Selfie via Bluetooth and the install that.
