Phone have password and we forget the password. Now we want to reset phone

Hey - Do the following to hard reset the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus
1. Pull out the battery and replace it after - replace the battery cover
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key + the Home key + the Power .key or button at the same time until you see the Samsung logo - then release all keys
3. Scroll down (using the Volume Down key) and highlight "Wipe data/factory reset" option
4. Short press the Power button to confirm or select the highlighted option
5. Scroll down (using the Volume Down key) and highlight  the "Yes ---- delete all user data" option
6. Short press the Power button to confirm or select the highlighted option
---------- Wait until the wiping is completed-------------
7. With "Reboot now" highlighted, short press the Power button to confirm or select the highlighted option
---------- the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus will then restart - taking a bit longer than usual to do so ----
After it all, the forgotten password will be reset, allowing you to re-setup and enjoy the use  thereof.
