Hi there,

I own a Onyx Calypso 9.7 charger, i lost my charger a couple of months ago and no other chargers work on the tablet. What do i do please help. I have tried everywhere to find a charger but no stock this product anymore. If anyone can sell me their charger please contact or whattsapp me on 0832299345

Hey Merle, just make sure you get a charger with a fitting PIN (micro-USB) and the following ratings

  • 5V (5 volts)
  • 2.0+ Amp (2.0 and above of amperage)

And you should be good - However, the tab may need to be jump started as per the tutorial here: in the extreme.

Using the same trick here: http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1486/Resurrect-Phone-Battery-Charge hold the leads from the charger to the battery for 5 minutes and afterwards try and power the tab and observe. It should be able to power on - then you can try charging it as normal.

Sorry but what is a usb charger with a fitting pin? just tried to look it up,but no-one on the internet has heard of such a thing,or doesn't use those words in their product description.

this tablet charges on a 2.5 mm plug and not the USB btw.
