Things you will need

1. Nokia PC Suite (downloaded and installed on to you computer)

2. Phoenix Service Software (downloaded and installed on to you computer)

3. Micro USB cable
4. Firmware files http://all-bb5.blogspot.com/2013/10/nokia-e63-rm-437-flash-file-free.html (RM-437 - download all these and put them in one folder called: RM-437) - - -  though downloading firmware files is by far better done by using the NaviFirm Plus software.

The Flashing procedure

1. Take the - RM-437 folder and put in the folder called called: Products - to locate it, go to:
     
                        C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\

2. Run Phoenix Service Software
3. Click File > Open Products > select: RM-437
4. Click Flashing > Firmware Update > click on the [...] buttom
5. Select: RM-450 CRT APAC-S New... and click OK
6 Select: Dead phone USB Flashing
7. Click Refurbish and follow the instructions on the pop up window
8. The flashing begins and you should see the following on the progress window:
 
        Loading secondary boot code: 14592 bytes
 Secondary boot loaded
