my Z3 blackberry shows mm#6

My blackberry Z3 was working fine until I updated the software and then a day after updating the software it gave me a error MM#6, hence I am struggling to connect the mobile network.
Please advise or assist it would be much appreciated

Hi. The MM6 (aka SOS) error normally indicates an inability to register to network. You could try data wiping but you will loose all user data currently stored on the device. I will suggest you phone your carrier for assistance with troubleshooting the reason while they will not let it connect to their network. Issues like this are sadly inherent in OS updating :( You could also allow it some time as some seem to affirm that a freshly installed OS can take some time (from a day to a few) to settle on the device.

I tried wiping it and reinstalled the update and still the problem persists I also tried various networks Vodacom , MTN and Cell-C and still with the same result. Is there any other way in which  i can overcome the problem .
