Question

I have a verssed Motion E1.1 that had issues with viruses/adware and general applications failure, i attempted a factory reset and now it only gives a black Verssed startup screen

I have tried hard reset, using the power button and volume together(for factory reset) but to no avail, im not sure of the next step, it just wont go pass the startup screen.

is there anyone who could offer me advice to fix this please.

If it just show a black screen then press the reset button using a paper clip or a needle. The reset button is located below the power key. Comment the results below.
