Hi. Are you attempting to resolve a Privacy Protection Password or logo hang (phone hanging on the Smart Series screen) issue? Assuming you truly completed the reset steps - if yes, then you may need to have your phone's firmware or main software reloaded. Otherwise, you will need to take it to you local phone repairs shop.
