Hi. It is not clear as to what situation you have gotten into with your Vivo V1 Max. Is this a Google/Gmail account reset security question or you were using a third party security app that features a security on your Vivo V1 Max? Have you attempted hard resetting your phone via the recovery menu menu? What is the security measure's name that is currently engaged (that you are locked behind)?
