My phone started freezing then I had good ideas of restarting it, now it will not go pass the "powered by android" screen.

You need to get a ROM specific for the model and use the "SP Flasher Tool" to flash in the ROM with. We will also check if you can also make a back from a similar device model if you can not obtain its ROM or firmware file. Try and read more on what else this powerful smartphone flasher can do.

I am just confirming that the VF685 uses the Mediatek chipset aswell as the SP Flasher Tool does the Mediatek powered devices only.

Edit: Yes, the Vodafone VF685 uses a Mediatek processor :)
