Your Jet, Edgars, CNA or any other Edcon partner ThankU account allows you, amongst other options, to obtain your to-date account balances over the phone. These account balances include the any Amount over-due, Installment due, Month to date paid, Current balance, Actual credit available and your Today's maximum credit available.

Things you will need to have

- Your account number
- ID number
- The cellphone number registered on the account you desire the balances for

To do this, simply:

1. Dial 080020 3925 (standard rates may apply particularly if the call is made from a mobile phone)
2. Listen to the menu carefully and choose the option that is about queries related to the shop name your account has been opened with.
3. An Edcon rep should pickup in less than a minute
4. When the representative picks up, inform him/her that you wish to be assisted with your account's balances
5. He/she will then ask for your account number or ID together with your cell number

After that he/she will read you your account's balances as desired.
